9/27/2018: Sweat, Smile, Repeat: 23-Minute Moderate Complexity Workout with Coach Ally
Go through 2 rounds of 30-second intervals of Strict Press, Front Rack Squats, and Thrusters, then take on 2 rounds of Renegade Rows, Planks, and DB Rear Delt Raises. Make sure to grab lighter weights for the DB Rear Delt Raises!




9/27/2018: Sublime Climb: 23-Minute High Intensity Workout with Coach Aaron
Climb through 4 working blocks comprised of 2 Minutes at a Level 4, 90 Seconds at a Level 8, 1 Minute at a Level 12 and 30 Seconds at a Level 16. You’ll skip a step periodically for some extra emphasis on your glutes!


9/27/2018: Mad Maxxin’: 20-Minute High Intensity Workout with Coach Lee
The madness begins with 5 running blocks consisting of 1-minute intervals at 5 MPH, 7.5 MPH and 10 MPH (or faster). Lock in your incline to 1% and let’s put in work!

9/27/2018: Beast Mode: 30-Minute Medium Intensity Workout with Coach Michelee
This session will take you up and down a pyramid that begins at 3 MPH and tops out at 8 MPH. You’ll increase your speed by 1 MPH every 3 minutes and hit the top speed of 8 MPH at the halfway mark. Get ready to sweat!

9/27/2018: Quick, Quick, Slow: 30-Minute High Intensity Workout with Coach Michele
Slow and steady may win the race, but it never hurts to go fast! Coach Michele will challenge you to get through sets of Base, Burn, and Max Effort runs with a top speed between 9 and 10 MPH while you keep the incline locked at 1%.
