The best way to make your workouts fun is to have good music, a friend or trainer for guidance, and a realistic goal to hit. When you enjoy exercising and spending time improving your fitness, it will become a part of your lifestyle and not just another chore. Don’t get frustrated with the little things, but instead celebrate small victories. Don’t be too hard on yourself but be grateful for the health and fitness that you already possess. Don’t let excuses get in your way and always be eager to improve. Your fitness journey will be an exciting challenge if you can keep a positive and realistic mindset."
COACH DALLAS"My best advice for beginners is to NEVER GIVE UP. This is a fitness JOURNEY and nothing happens overnight. If you stick to your workouts, focus on fueling your body with delicious nutritional food, and come back to the gym even when you don'y want to you will see result! It just takes time!"
